Sadness
Thursday, August 16, 2007 18:58I’m extremely upset & depressed right now. My dog Tiny passed away last night. She was feeling sick from her heart condition since last week but she seemed like she was getting better. Then all of the sudden she got really bad last night. We rushed her to the hospital and she passed away shortly after arriving there.
This is one of the hardest things to deal with. I thought I could be prepared for this day, knowing that she has been living with a bad heart problem for 2 years but it hurts so much more then I’d imagine. She was part of the family. Like a child to me. She was 11 years and 11 months. I miss her so much already! I haven’t been able to sleep that’s why I’m on the computer writing this. I needed to let it out.
Tiny, I will always love you!! Rest in piece my sweet baby!

Mindy I’m sorry to hear that your pet had died it is sad indeed. It’s amazing how a pet can work it’s way into your life you loving it for so long wishing it would live forever. But try to remember the good times that you had with your dog and as long as you remember those times she will live on in you. I know that it’s hard right now but time will heal your broken heart. We are all sad to hear that your pet has died. Shit that really sucks but take time to grieve. Cry if you feel like it. I wouldn’t jump into getting another pet straight away take time for yourself. Listen to scotty turn to friends let them help but going to get another pet at this time maybe to soon. But hey we at the mine were not judging. We all hope that you are doing well and can turn to someone to help you. Great big Hugs from 25 guys.

I don’t know if it can comfort you, but I think your dog had a happy life, considering your love for it.

Thank you all for your thoughful words.
It’s very sad around the house without Tiny but at least I have lots of wonderful memories to hold on to. My other doggie Daisy is very sad too. She was always by Tiny’s side 24/7. I’ve been trying to give her lots of extra love attention though.

I’m sorry to hear of your loss. Whether it be a pet or a human being. I’ve lost many pets before and also human beings. Its always a tough thing to deal with. Tiny’s not lost as long as he lives on in your thoughts and in your heart. I know this maybe hard to deal with mindy but don’t think of this as a loss. Think of this a see you later. I know words are jus words and this won’t do anything but encourage you but just stay strong sweety. Everything will get better. Stay beautiful mindy.
